I got myself this beast of a multimeter because the Solartron 7150 clearly wasn’t enough.
I am not a volt-nut and neither a time-nut but sometimes I wonder if I am going down a dangerous road.
Therefore here I declare that I will not get another (working) bench multimeter nor another (working) bench counter unless there is a project that really needs it.
I think that I will be hard pressed to find such a project.
However if I happen to find a broken bench multimeter sold for parts and the price is right I do not think that I will be able to resist. The same goes for a bench counter. Or a LCR meter. Or… a lot of things, really.
Repairing equipment is too much fun.
