I already talked about this OCXO here.
It is used, it was cheap and it seems to perform as expected.
Unfortunately I will not be sure about its frequency output until I build the pcb that I am going to design and thoroughly test it. This means that I will need a counter already calibrated or I will have to finish my project with my rubidium standard.
However I got a good feeling about this OCXO even if I did a pretty bad blunder while testing it: while probing around with an oscilloscope my hand slipped and I ended up changing the probe attenuation from 10X to 1X.
It was really embarassing how long it took me to understand why the trace suddenly went wrong.
Anyway here are the specs of the OCXO. I took the worse specs of the datasheet to compile this table because I am not yet sure about the specs of my unit.

P.S.
I have been able to play a bit with KiCad, FreeCAD and Wings 3D. The end result is that I did the schematic, the footprint and a 3D model of the Morion MV197. I have yet to test it but everything should be all right. You can find it as a attachment at the end of this post.
